In 1971 East Jefferson Hospital opened its doors. On that same day, Dr. Daniel Johnson Jr. began his practice of diagnostic imaging in an outpatient facility across the street. Almost immediately, Dr. Johnson proved himself a strong proponent of medical technology and a leading pioneer in the field of diagnostic imaging.

Today, Clearview Medical Imaging (CMI) is the continuation of Dr. Johnson's outpatient imaging practice.
